Wendy’s Crew Members

Wendy’s crew members are needed to join our highly motivated team.  We are currently looking for members for all shifts.  This restaurant is open 24 hours a day and as such we can’t stop hiring great additions.  Shifts can be flexible for the right team member, can rotate to accommodate a class schedule or team responsibility.  We are looking for individuals who want to learn how to deliver exceptional guest experience utilizing the “My Wendy’s” philosophies.   Are you energetic and outgoing?  Do you enjoy working at a fast pace?  Do you prefer to work as a part of a team rather than individually?  If you answered yes, we’re looking for you.  Our crew members receive great benefits including discounts on food, fuel, and merchandise.  We offer tuition reimbursement, scholarship opportunities, and flexible schedule for college students. All employees receive paid vacations and paid holidays.  Starting pay is $9 an hour with first pay increase after 6 months to $9.50 with successful performance.
